1. 서비스 설명
Code Remote Manager는 사용자가 소유하거나 적법하게 사용할 권한이 있는 Windows PC의 Codex 환경을 자신의 다른 기기에서 제어하도록 돕는 개인용 도구입니다. 공개 다중 사용자 backend나 타인 PC 제어를 제공하지 않습니다.
2. 외부 서비스
일부 기능에는 사용자의 Windows PC, 호환되는 Codex/OpenAI 계정, Tailscale 계정·네트워크와 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다. 사용자는 각 외부 서비스의 약관과 정책을 직접 준수해야 합니다.
3. Pro 구매와 복원
Android 상품 pro_multi_account의 실제 현지 가격은 Google Play가 구매 확인 전에 표시합니다. 구매한 Play 계정으로 앱에서 구매 복원을 실행할 수 있습니다. Pro는 Codex 접근, 사용량 또는 OpenAI 서비스를 판매하지 않습니다.
구매 취소는 Pro를 활성화하지 않습니다. 완료된 구매가 환불·취소·무효화되면 현재 30일 검증 증명과 허용된 유예가 끝난 뒤 Pro access가 종료됩니다. 검증 서비스 장애 중 기존 검증 구매자에게는 증명 만료 뒤 7일 유예가 적용되며, 구매·환불 지원은 지원 페이지에서 요청할 수 있습니다.
검증 서비스가 종료되면 기존 구매자는 오프라인 entitlement로 Pro를 유지하거나 다중 계정 한도가 무료로 전환됩니다.
4. 사용자의 책임
자신이 소유하거나 관리 권한이 있는 기기·계정·네트워크·프로젝트만 사용합니다.
workspace allowlist, 승인 설정, 백업과 pairing 인증정보를 안전하게 관리합니다.
생성된 제안, 명령, 파일 변경과 출력은 실행 전에 검토합니다.
5. 가용성과 책임
가용성은 사용자의 PC, 네트워크, Tailscale과 Codex/OpenAI 서비스에 의존합니다. 법률상 배제할 수 없는 소비자 권리와 책임은 이 약관으로 제한되지 않습니다.
6. 변경과 문의
운영자는 보안, 호환성, 법률 또는 제품상 이유로 기능을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며 중요한 변경은 합리적인 방식으로 알립니다. 문의는 coderemote@makecdev.com으로 접수합니다.

Code Remote Manager is an independent personal utility for controlling a Codex environment running on a Windows PC owned or authorized by the user. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI or Tailscale and does not include or resell their services. The app does not provide its own membership, sign-up account, or Code Remote login.
The app is free to download. All remote features are available with one execution account. Pro expands the limit to up to five execution accounts; history-only sources do not consume the limit. Pro does not include or sell Codex access, usage, credits, or an OpenAI subscription.
Android Pro is the Google Play product `pro_multi_account`, offered as a one-time non-consumable purchase. Google Play handles billing and displays the actual localized price before confirmation. The purchase does not auto-renew. A user may restore the purchase from the app while using the Google Play account that owns it. Each Windows installation receives a separately verified entitlement; no Code Remote login is required.
Cancellation of the purchase flow does not activate Pro. If Google Play later cancels or refunds a completed purchase, Pro access ends after the current verified certificate and any permitted grace period expire. This downgrade does not delete configured accounts, authentication files, Chats, or project data; accounts above the free limit remain locally preserved but unavailable until Pro is restored. Refund eligibility and processing follow Google Play procedures, applicable law, and non-waivable consumer rights. For purchase or refund support, contact coderemote@makecdev.com.
A verified entitlement certificate is valid for 30 days. A user may restore the purchase in the Android app to reverify it and issue a current certificate. During a verification service outage, an already verified purchaser receives a seven-day grace period after the certificate expires. New purchases receive no Pro access until server verification succeeds. Invalid, altered, mismatched, or expired proofs are rejected, and abusive verification requests may be rate-limited to protect purchasers and the service.
If the verification service is shut down or discontinued, existing purchasers will retain Pro through an offline entitlement or the multi-account limit will become free. Reasonable notice and transition instructions will be provided when practicable. Nothing in this commitment promises continued Codex, OpenAI, Tailscale, Google Play, network, or Windows-host availability.
Users may use the software only on devices, accounts, networks, and projects they own or are authorized to control. Anyone acting for another person or organization must have authority to accept these terms. Users must comply with applicable law, third-party rights, and the terms and policies of OpenAI, Tailscale, Google Play, and other providers they choose to use.
Users are responsible for device security, a restricted Tailnet access policy, workspace allowlists, approval settings, backups, and the secrecy of pairing or authentication information. The software must not be used as a public multi-user backend or to control another person's PC without authority. Generated suggestions and commands may be incomplete, incorrect, or harmful, so users must review approvals, commands, file changes, and outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided as available without warranties that cannot be expressly established from the product. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The operator may change or discontinue features for security, compatibility, legal, or product reasons and will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
